Reservation
Reservation for hotel accommodation must be made on the Hotel and Tour Reservation Form downloadable from the official website of CardioRhythm 2009. First night non-refundable deposit is required upon room reservation; balance nights to be settled 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Deadline
The deadline for reservation is 21 November 2008.

Cancellation
First night deposit is non-refundable. Additional night charge will be levied for any cancellation made 3 weeks prior to arrival OR after the balance payment. No refund for any no show.
